A substantial buffet breakfast greets our guests in the morning, while wholesome traditional food is served for lunch and dinner. In addition, we also propose a wide vegetarian range and dishes to suit individual diet requirements. Organic fruit from our farm is always on hand. Wine (Sangiovese and Trebbiano) and oil are produced by organic farms located in Romagna’s hinterland – another feature supporting our Legambiente (Environment League) membership.
