Excellent – great service and food! Welcomed us and our two dogs. Noting was too much trouble. Accommodated extra guests for a special anniversary dinner too. Room was spotless. Parking not a problem.
It was a pleasure to stay here for one week. If I had a hotel, I would send my staff here to learn how to do there jobs. Sarah and I have travelled extensively and stayed in many different hotel types. This was just the best experience. Book the meals here, they are great.
It would be wrong to single out a member of staff here because they were all great. The hotel is run by a family of father, mother and five siblings. All take great pride in their work.

I really appreciated the cozy atmosphere. The staff members always smile and welcome you kindly. The rooms are clean, nice and silent. The location is perfect to enjoy the seaside and a walk in the park near the hotel. They offer a delicious breakfast with home-made jam, Italian espresso and a lot more… Highly recommended.
We stated here for 2 nights in the run up to our wedding for a bit of rest and couldnt have been happier. The hotel is simple and clean as expected for its rating but the staff were wonderfully friendly snd welcoming and the food in the restaurant was divine. Fresh tasty … Just perfect. It clearly has a good name locally by looking at how busy the restaurant got. Its also in an ideal location for visiting San Marino and Ravenna, both beautiful locations. Would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant.
Hi Traveller! if you are searching a good quality Hotel visit Hotel Pozzi! The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and prepared for help you in many questions. Had a good, fresh breakfast with varieties of homemade cakes and regional specialities. Fresh Italian coffe and other coffe based specialities. Highly recommendable! I’ll come again!
